In order to formalize our corporate agreement, this form needs to be completed to confirm that your employees will benefit from a discount on the regular price of subscriptions for 20 classes or more.
IDOLEM requires visual proof of employment for the company in question in order to apply the discount.
The agreement will start upon signature and will be valid for a period of one year. It will be renewed automatically after 12 months unless we receive a written notice to cancel.
In return for obtaining the corporate discount, your company commits to make the terms of the agreement known to its em- ployees by sending the promotional email provided by Idolem 3 times a year.
